I Can Play Tennis Limited (ICPT) Booking Conditions

1. Payment for the half term coaching course must be made at the time of booking.
2. Bookings are for a place on the course, and no weekly bookings are accepted.
3. All payments are non-refundable. Therefore, refunds will not be given for any lessons which cannot be attended for whatever reason and/or if the child is subsequently withdrawn from the term’s coaching sessions.
4. If ICPT cancel a session (eg snow on the courts; coach is ill and there is no replacement available), a refund for that session will be credited and can be used against the following half-term’s coaching.
5. Coaching goes ahead in all weathers, unless the courts are unplayable or unsafe.  In such instances ICPT will inform parents via text message or email as early as possible.
6. Parents are not required to attend sessions with their child, but must ensure we have full emergency contact details (see booking form), and inform the coach before the session who will be collecting the child.
7. We hope to maximise the enjoyment of every child at ICPT sessions and therefore ICPT reserves the right to exclude any child from the sessions if they exhibit unruly or disruptive behaviour.
8. ICPT, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any personal injury and/or loss or damage sustained to any participant, parent, carer or spectator or clothing or equipment other than that caused as a result of its negligence.
9. Photographs and videos for promotional purposes may be taken during the sessions and used on the ICPT website and on printed material. If any parent would rather their child be omitted from any photographs taken, they should inform ICPT at the time of booking in writing.
